    Geographe Enhanced Performance™ (EP) parts are specifically engineered to solve common challenges mine sites face, optimising the performance, durability, and efficiency of machinery used in mining operations.

    The standard OEM pin is prone to fracturing at the cross-hold location. This results from being made of high tensile, low alloy steel, quenched and tempered at 340-371 HB. Geographe developed the Enhanced Performance Wrench Pin (2657658650) to address this issue. It omits the cross-hold lubrication hole and is made from case-hardening alloy steel, gas-carburised with a core hardness of 400 HN and a surface hardness of 58+ HRC. The pin also undergoes heat treatment for improved strength, toughness, fatigue resistance, and wear properties. These enhancements make the Enhanced Performance Wrench Pin a valuable component for PV271 Drills.
