Geographe’s Plans for Expansion into the Americas

Geographe has built a reputation as a reliable Australian manufacturer, offering Australian and global mining customers high-quality aftermarket parts and specialised tooling solutions. Known for its robust supply chain management, Geographe takes pride in empowering mine sites with the solutions to solve unique mine site challenges within the mining industry.  

Over the past 3 years, Geographe has been focusing on expanding its innovative solutions into the Americas, led by Geographe’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development - Americas, Andrew Lindsay.

A key challenge in the region is ensuring strong safety practices and reliable availability of heavy machinery replacement parts. To address this, Geographe has brought its Enhanced Performance and Specialised Tooling range into the Americas through local manufacturing and warehousing in Mexico, providing swift delivery of Australian-designed solutions to American mining operations.

“By growing our physical presence within the Americas, we have been able to listen to customers’ challenges and swiftly match them with our part and tooling offerings, now manufactured and warehoused locally, providing high-quality solutions efficiently,” said Andrew Lindsay.

To support building its presence, Geographe exhibited at the 2024 MINExpo in Las Vegas, showcasing products such as the Ball Stud Removal Tool (BSRT), Enhanced Performance Ball Studs, Top Hat Bushes, and Colleted Pin Assemblies. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders and demonstrate the global interest in Geographe’s solutions.

Fast forward to 2026,  Geographe will be attending the CIM CONNECT | Convention & Expo 2026, further strengthening connections in the Americas and continuing to educate the market on solutions that reduce safety risks and operational downtime.

“We want to keep expanding our solutions into the Americas, so we are attending CIM this year to continue building awareness and educate the market on what we can offer to reduce safety risks and downtime,” Andrew Lindsay said.
