Due to harsh operating conditions, pins and spherical bearings in A-Frame assemblies located on the A-Frame pivot are prone to seizing, making extraction time-consuming. After hearing about the challenge of standard OEM A-Frame assemblies, Geographe developed the Enhanced Performance A-Frame Kit. The collets in the assembly expand into Geographe’s custom non-split cap bores, securing into place and eliminating unwanted movement between the pin and caps. The design eliminates the shimming required with the OEM standard set-up and reduces the likelihood of corrosion-causing problems, all of which can contribute to dismantling difficulties.
