Geographe’s Enhanced Performance Bushes are engineered to outperform OEM components in demanding Liebherr Excavator applications. Developed in response to frequent maintenance caused by premature bush wear, our solution significantly reduces downtime and enhances equipment longevity. Through rigorous testing and analysis of OEM bushings, Geographe identified a critical shortcoming, OEM bushes had a minimal effective case depth. While in contrast, Geographe Enhanced Performance Bushes offer up to 100x greater wear resistance. This deeper hardened layer improves durability even under extreme conditions, such as lubrication loss or misalignment. Combined with enhanced grease grooves and cross-hatching, our bushes retain more grease to maintain performance and reduce the risk of metal-to-metal contact.
