    The Geographe Enhanced Performance (EP) Bucket Top Hat Bush (4459227) in the Refurb Bucket Kit is engineered for the Bucket arrangement on Hitachi EX2500 and EX2600 Excavators. Standard OEM bushes and thrust plates in this location are prone to premature wear, which can lead to excessive movement, misalignment, and damage to mounting faces. Geographe’s EP design integrates the bushing and thrust plate into a single, more robust component. Manufactured using advanced materials and gas carburisation heat treatment, the Top Hat Bush maintains OEM tolerance for longer, minimising wear and reducing downtime. This design improvement extends service life under dynamic mining loads, helping keep excavation systems operating reliably.
