    The Geographe Enhanced Performance (EP) Top Hat Bush Kit (inlcuding 4259254 bush) is engineered for the boom-to-frame connection on Hitachi EX5500 and EX5600 excavators. Standard OEM bushes and thrust plates in this location are prone to premature wear, which can lead to excessive movement, misalignment, and damage to mounting faces. Geographe’s EP design integrates the bushing and thrust plate into a single, more robust component. Manufactured using advanced materials and gas carburisation heat treatment, the Top Hat Bush maintains OEM tolerance for longer, minimising wear and reducing downtime. This design improvement extends service life under dynamic mining loads, helping keep excavation systems operating reliably.
