The Problem
After reported part failure from a client. Geographe identified that the clevis bores were wearing prematurely on the Metso / Nordsborg item.
The Solution
By opting for hardened bushes plus a hardened pin with lubrication facility. We retrofitted the arrangement without the need for welding. The change reduced maintenance times. While in turn has become a popular replacement for many clients, who run Metso / Nordsborg crushers.
