Catch up with the BTP and Geographe technical teams at an open day at the BTP Mount Thorley facility on Thursday 27th August 2026, 11AM Till 1PM with food and drink provided.
Come visit the workshop facility, chat with industry peers, and discuss how Geographe and BTP can help optimise your fleet’s performance. Geographe will be demonstrating its awarding winning Ball Stud Removal Tool on Caterpillar Haul Trucks that will be in the BTP workshop. We'll also be demonstrating the newly release Ball Stud Bearing Installation and Removal Tool so you can see first hand how the procedure can be made safe, simple and efficient.
There will be a preview of the Steering Taper Repair and Inspection Kit (STRIK) to be release in Australia in 2027, where we will be actively seeking feedback from attendees to shape the final product version.

If you are from a mine in the local Singleton area, such as HVO, HVEC, Moorlaben, Whitehaven, Boggarbri, Bulga, Rix Creek, Four Mile, United Wambo, Wilpinjong, Mangoorla, Ravensworth, Warkworth or any of the surrounding operations and are interested in machine maintenance improvements, either through tooling or through using a well equipped off site repairer such as BTP, then this is for you.
RSVP to Colin.Ford@geographe.com.au should you wish to attend, that will help us cater for food and drinks!
